1. In accordance with ref (a), Combatant Commanders now require all U.S. military personnel traveling oconus to complete an ISOPREP prior to departure. Last summer several Midshipmen encountered difficulties for not having an ISOPREP on file. Once identified for oconus travel, Midshipmen shall complete an ISOPREP.

2. Enclosure (1) defines the instructions for creating an AKO account and submitting an ISOPREP via PRO-FILE. Enclosure (2) provides lessons learned from test case conducted by the NROTC unit at Auburn.
